(Sault Ste. Marie, ON September 27, 2022) – After a two year hiatus, ¶ˇĎăÔ°AV is bringing back its Homecoming action on Saturday, October 1, 2022! Students, staff, alumni and guests are invited to join together in celebration with us and enjoy a fun filled day of events and activities and action-packed varsity games!
The events of the day will take place at a variety of locations across Sault Ste. Marie. The events of the day include:
- 12-5 p.m. – Odeno (¶ˇĎăÔ°AV) Tailgating Party: watch the men’s baseball game on the big screens and enjoy food and drink specials
- 12:15 p.m. – Fun Run from the Waterfront Adventure Centre to ¶ˇĎăÔ°AV (3.8 km). Run as an individual or a team. Prizes for first and second place! For more information, contact Phil Dittburner at Philip.Dittburner@saultcollege.ca
- 2:30 p.m. – Men’s baseball vs. Centennial College at Sinclair Yards – I.D.A. Park
- 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. – Women’s and men’s Soccer at Superior Heights
Transportation from ¶ˇĎăÔ°AV to the events is free for ¶ˇĎăÔ°AV students. Admission to each varsity game is $5 and free for ¶ˇĎăÔ°AV students. For more information about any of the Homecoming events, contact athletics@saultcollege.ca or 705.759.2554 X 2709.
