Credits:
4
Prerequisites:

This course introduces the basic concepts and tools used to analyze the kinematics and dynamics of robot manipulators. Major topics include coordinate systems, position and orientation transformation, forward and inverse kinematics, Jacobian, force and torque analysis, singularity and workspace analysis, trajectory planning and control. This course also develops analytical and problem-solving skills to integrate the robot in various industrial applications.
