This program will introduce some of the basic skills required to work as a Ground Handler, Baggage Handler, Customer Service Agent, and an Airline Marketing Officer. Topics include: Airline Safety and Security, Airline Communications and Marketing.
This course is delivered in an online and asynchronous format. Registration is continuous and available anytime.
